Shipping/Pick Up

 

Current Turnaround Time:

As our products are hand made to order, our current turn around time is 1-5 business days (*unless otherwise specified*). We always endeavour to have your goodies out in the mail as soon as possible and will keep you updated throughout the process!

Pick Up:

Pick up of your items can be organised for no charge - puck up availability times are limited. please choose pick up at the checkout, and you will be contacted via text (mobile) to arrange a time for collection.

Pick up location is Donnybrook, Victoria 3064. 

Postage:

All of our orders are posted via Australia Post, parcels will be marked with AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (at your premises in a safe place).
Delivery generally takes 3 – 10 days within Australia. Express postage is also available.

We will not be held responsible for lost mail, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, delayed or damaged items in transit once they have left us.

DAMAGED PACKAGES - We package our parcels as safely as we can, however sometimes items can get broken in transit. If in the unfortunate circumstance that your order arrives to you damaged, please contact Australia Post to organise compensation, every parcel sent comes with up to $100 in compensation, however the purchaser must lodge the claim with Australia Post.

Returned to sender items will incur additional re-postage costs.

Postage costs are NOT refundable.

Damaged or faulty items (in transit) and missing items: in the event of items damaged in transit, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving and retain all packaging and items. You will be required to bring the items and packaging into a post office for damage assessment and to place a claim with Aus Post. A refund or replacement will not be provided until a case number from Australia Post has been provided. In the event of missing items from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

UNTRACKED POSTAGE - This option may be available for your purchase for specific products, please know that if you choose this method of postage, you are doing so at your own risk, Tash's Creation's holds no responsibility for lost parcels and are unable to track this postage method. 

 

Returns

CANCEL ORDER/REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our personalised gifts, we are unable to cancel orders due to change of mind. 

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only available on non-personalised items.

You send the items back to us within 30 days of purchase, and the items are in new, unused condition. Tash's Creations does NOT cover the costs for the return postage, this cost is borne by the customer only.

  1. If your item is faulty and you provide photos to us, we can either refund or replace the item for you.
  2. All exchanges will be issued in the form of a credit note, fewer postage costs.
